help with BIOS flash

ok ok i thought so, so what do i chose the DMI block or..? and do i check the bootblock box?

ECSD Block and DMI Block. Select them.

there is no ECDS block only options i have are this to tick

Bootlock
PnP area << greyed out
DMI area
update all


Clear CMOS
CMOS Defualt

Did you download your updated BIOS?

yeah that what i get when i press open n chose the bios file which i v1.c (the newest)

Select the Update Options and find your BIOS. Then Open it.

wait heres what ive done

downloaded the new bios (rev c)
dowloaded winflash
opened winflash
told winflash to open bios file
got to that menu and then screenshotted it for you, thats all ive done so far

Wait, first of all, check to see if your BIOS version supports WinFlash. If your BIOS version don't support WinFlash, it will pop-up warning message. Load the BIOS that you have just downloaded, and open it when you find it.

yeah i have, then thats when i took the screenshot, after i loaded the bios with winflash, also i got winflash from the ECS site so its the one they recomend

Now, select that Update All box. It should check all the boxes. Click the Update BIOS now button. Should be to the left of the "?". Then load BIOS file you allocated again. Then press Open button when you finish choosing BIOS file.
