OC BFG 7900GS performance questions

I have some money to pay quick cash for it.
I was wondering if the ram or mobo is any good?
The pc also comes with the gts, which will be good for my needs for now.

The motherboard is ok. The RAM I've never heard of that model, but looks good too.

I guess ill buy it, and see how it is.
The only thing that worries me is that the processor is weaker.
I might just sell my opteron,my ram, and my mobo. And with that money ill buy a C2D, im not sure if the mobo supports quads, but i think it supports Core2extreme, i dont know the difference though.

I know the BX2 models support quad core processors, but I'm not sure of the BXs.

Both support the extreme editions.

From all the money that i will get for selling my old parts. Im guesing around 150-200, what cpu would be a good one to get for that price?

The extreme aren't worth it, unless you're trying to break a world record, in overclocking. For your price range, you can get the e6420 or e6600. I'm not sure if they support the new E6x50 series.

nah, im not that extreme. Today was my first day of school, so i wont have that much time to mess around.

I really like that pc since it has an intel mobo, cpu and the gts.

Im still thinking about it.
