khan008 was supposedly an uber rich dude, who has nothing better to do. So what he did was said that he was in engineering and stuff, and that he needed this uber system. In which he just picked the most expensive parts:

CPU:Intel Core 2 Quad Extreme Edition QX6800
Ram:Corsair 4GB DDR2 Dominator (4 x 1GB)
GPU:2xEVGA GeForce 8800 GTX WaterCooled Sli
HDD:2x Seagate Barracuda 750GB + LaCie 2TB Raid Array External HDD
Optical:LiteOn 2x Blu ray Sata DVD Writer
Sound Card:Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro 7.1
Cooling:Swiftech Apex Ultra+ Watercooling

After that....he supposedly finished building, and started overclocking. We asked him for pics or a screenshot. He said he needed to buy a camera. He kept dodging our questions about his system. So we knew he was faking, because how can you have all those parts, without having a camera?

Well my opty is a socket 939, since they are only available for that socket.
Look at newegg, the reviews are all good, and they also sell out quite often. The price has gone down since i bought it, by a few dollars though.
Paying the extra bucks for 170 is not worth it, unless your not going to oc.
