Which RAM would you choose?

The timing is 4-4-4-12. This is for the Crucial Ballistix.

I can spend the extra $16 for the Crucial. I have read some good reviews regarding the Patriot RAM that showed it to be a great overclocker. I am surprised at the rebates on both of these. The rebates make this RAM very cheap for either.
