Some cuts to the motherboard tray. Be creative. Find a picture of your tower and use paint to see where you might want to make your cuts.

Here's my finished product. No dremel = nibbling everything = Ouch. I'm pleased with it. Only three things more I can think of to do with it. None of which are a big deal at all. Splice and extend the chassis pwr/rst/hdd cables and bring em round the back. Turn my hdd around - too much work. Get a psu with a longer power cable - again who cares. Booted it up, loaded Windows, ran some updates - no problems so far. Can't wait to start OC'ing.

A 10/10? No way...a 10 would have almost close to no wires showing. Although Pdawg has done a good job, I would give an 8.8/10.

I'd give him an 8.5/10. Flipping the HDD around would probably bump it up to 9/10?
