No, this is not another P35-DS3R. This will be expensive as you know what. It's one of those, "I got the most expensive motherboard" type.

Darn, it supports DDR3. Let's hope once DDR3 gets into the mainstream, it'll lower down on the price. Too costly at the moment.

I do, sometimes but I only have 4 USB ports.

The X38 is supposedly a better overclocker than the P35 chipsets, because it was specifically designed for overclocking. It will have more advanced tweaking options in the BIOS.
