Need ideas to cooling down GPU and CPU

So I've purchased a Q6600 (G0) with a 8800 GTS and I need to know what are the most efficient ways to cool the CPU and the GPU?

I just purchased a Artic Cooling FREEZER 7 Pro for the CPU, will that do noticeable temp control?

The AF7 Pro is enough for the Q6600 on stock speeds, but not really for overclocking. You should of gotten the Tuniq.

For the 8800GTS, either the Thermalright HR-03, or wait for Zalman's VF1000.

Shoot, are you serious? I am planning to overclock to 4Ghz if possible.

AF7 is more for dual cores as its not as big as the tuniq, if you want 4 ghz you need kick *** watercooling or TEC

4GHz from 2.4GHz. Water-cooling is needed to push the CPU that far.

Yeah, Tuniq Tower should be enough for the Q6600, unless you want to be like b1gapl and go for the Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme.
