Best PC possible for $750 (with no monitor)?

Thanks everyone so far. I'm having an internal dispute with myself right now though, whether to get the Rosewill psu or a cheap psu that I've heard good things about. The XCLIO Goodpower 500w. Does anybody have any experience with those?

Awesome! And on the earlier OS topic. Are there generally any bad disadvantages to finding the OS on certain internet sources, such as tendency to crash, more errors, etc...?
