oh, sidenote, can i use my DDR400 memory in a mobo designed for DDR2? i doubt i'm lucky enough to have them be backwards compatable.

is there something im missing here? is super talent fibbing about their timings?

take a look at the g.skill hk's they have 4-4-4-5 if i remember correctly.

And no it isn't a lie, its just a different memory chip on the ram that runs at much lower timings.

I was like wtf when i first saw ram with timings that low but w/e
