Keyboard Doesn't Work in Photoshop CS2

None of the keyboard shortcuts work in Photoshop CS2. The only things that I can use it for are typing letters and numbers, but nothing else works. Even things as simple as CTRL-C and CTRL-V dont work. Is there something I am doing wrong? This is the only program this happens in. I have a bluetooth keyboard(Logitech MX5000) could the software just not recognize it as a valid input device?

you might not have the shortcuts enabled check in the photoshop options
