Okay, I wasn't doing much and feel bad that nobody has tended to your issue. So I dug around for a bit and figured it out! AH HA! Its quite simple, it just requires going into the bios, hit del (delete key) on startup, then navigate to the "Chipset" tab and there should be an option to increase the frame buffer rate, to either 32MB, 64MB, 128MB or 256MB.
