Ok. I will give you Canadian prices. CAD prices are only maybe 5-10 percent higher than their american counterparts.

For anyone who read my 1st post, I have decided to just get a new PC with PCI-e 1.1 since someone said I can plug PCI-e 2.0 into a PCI-e 1.1. My budget is 600-700 USD / CAD.

CPU: Intel C2D E6750 (heard it's very OCable) $234.99 http://www.canadacomputers.com/ind [...] &pid=01483 4&cid=CPU.84

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R Socket 775 Intel P35 $155
Is this better than the DS3L. Heard this one was good for OC. Also why is this one so much more expensive than the Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R Socket 775 Intel P35 + ICH9R that's $255.(Btw, I can go for a lower mobo)

Memory: OCZ (OCZ2G8002GK) DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz Gold XTC 2GB (2x1024MB) Dual Channel Kit $85.99 after $34 rebate
I picked this RAM over yours because it has a better 5-5-5-12 timing.

Video Card: Don't know. 8800 GTS is $337. eVGA.

Don't know where to go here but thats too expensive.

Case: Don't know but with at least 600 PSW im assuming.

Please offer me suggestions. Btw, I broke the budget there xD.

Well your links doesn't seem to be working.

Anyways, instead of OCZ RAM, buy some Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800 because for it's price, the performance is great. Case, preferably the Centurion 5? Many people use that case for budget computers and it does look pretty nice too. PSU, Corsair 520HX would hold up your system fine or maybe an Xclio Greatpower 550W.

yeah i agree with phucng_10 the cruial ballistix ram is cheaper and oh so much better performance wise also.

First of all do you want to possibly upgrade this system later on? if yes then you would prolly wana go with a 600-700w psu

but if you plan to leave it just the way it is for a little while then what phucng_10 recomended would be great

I would go for the Tuniq Tower 120 even if I'm running a Dual-Core. It doesn't really matter if people say,"Oh god, the TT120 is for Quad-Cores only!" I would just get it even if it's like $50. It's for the temperatures and how cool your CPU will run at.
