What micron chip set is that ram?

I know that this G-skill is the micron D9MGH, which is supposed to be the best.

Is it not? I was told by another guy (different forums) that its supposed to be a good chipset. Was I wrong ?

Those are the HZs, and from what I heard, they're guaranteed to have the D9 Micron chips. Which are supposedly, really good at overclocking. hmmm....They changed the heatspreaders.

I have no clue what this D9 thing is either besides the fact that it's suppose to be the best for OCing. The Micron DDR3 are called the Z9s, lol.

those heat spreaders been like that for yonks.

isnt the d9 etc.. the type of memory chips used on the memory. obviously the better the quality chip the better oc/ing ability
