good motherboard for amd athlon x2 cpus?

Hmm the two above listed links to the amd 690G motherboard (orginally posted and researched by darksideleader) are perharps the best integrated graphics on the motherboard currently. However if you have a heavy gamer, you need a good graphic card thus no point having a good integrated at all. Well, as you can see there are countless opinions. In my opinion, in answering to your question would probably be the p35, as suggested by many.

Alright, I have four motherboards in mind....

the biostar tforce550, asus m2n series, foxconn c51xem2aa, and evga motherboards, which one would be worth to get?

I'd strongly recommend the C51XEM2AA. With the $80 rebate, there's no competition with the other boards.

the C51XEM2AA /eVGA 590 (which use exactly the same design and chipset) are simply the best boards for features and overclocking.

The only thing they don't have that the Gigabyte boards do is integrated graphics. But then, integrated graphics cards simply don't cut it for heavy gaming. Unless the games you play are from many years ago.

apok has the foxconn, i have the evga (and a 3600, and a 4200 lol)...listen to us...if you are going to overclock, get one of them.
