yes, you can.

You can also get an adapter to 8 pin.

My Hiper 580W PSU didn't come with an 8 pin EPS connector, but I was still able to use the P4 connector on my C51XEM2AA.

Though I bought an adapter for it ("Hiperlink" P4 + 2 x molex to EPS 8 pin)
