Setup could not reinitialize deployment engine?????

Guys I just built a brand new computer and this is the error message I keep getting when I try to setup windows.

"Setup could not reinitialize the deployment engine. Exit and restart setup to continue"

I keep getting that over and over what am I doing wrong?

Pre-built or did you build it yourself? Have you tried checking your HDD to see if it's running?

I fixed it. Turns out the Sata cable was bad
