Everything looks fine. I'm not so good with AMD processor's but, I think that the x2 5200+ is better then the x2 6000+ and you can just overclock it. Aftermarket cooling, Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro, good choice. Instead of those RAM's you can get Crucial Ballistix which is much cheaper then those G.Skills DDR2 800 you have listed up there. And I guess you're set!

and your sure you want to spend $200 on a sound carD?

The E6600 is mine. I'm making this for a friend. And yes, he's also a music junkie and pretty much needs a good sound card.

Okay, I bumped the processor down to the 5200+ and went with the Crucial Ballistix. Thanks~
