Need a new card but unsure as to which

it means that ur cpu is goin to not take full advantage of ur new card because its to slow to send the data to it.

the CPU will be okay. It just means you'll probably get around 8000-9000 in 3dmark06 instead of 10,000 (which I get with my X2 6000+ at 3.5GHZ)
