yep - as i said in my first post - tryed to, the new one, blips on, then off. Old one turns on and stays on -wont turn off untill u turn off at the plug
Phucng_10, you still have much to learn. The 4-pin power connector is a relatively new implement. Even as Pentium 4's were approaching 3GHz, the 4-pin was not needed.
This seems like a problem with my eMachines. It won't turn off until the PSU power plug is taken out. Didn't know what was really going on at that time.
Monitor not receiving any signal; that's a usual problem nowadays. Can you hear your HDD running? Have you double-checked all of the DVI or D-Sub cables if they're secured into there specified slots?
yep HDD is running all cables are secure. i think the mobo is bust. the way that u cannot turn it back off without unpluging (with old PSU)
And its asif the new one detects somethings broke!
