Little upgrade, suggestions please

First of all thanks to everyone who takes time to read this and reply.

Secondly, my computer is older, i have a sempron 3000+ CPU and I want to upgrade. I think I know what I want to do but I would like your suggestions as well.

CPU: AMD X2 3800+ or the 4200+ (yes im planning to OC)
MOBO: Biostar TF560 - I chose this MOBO because of a review i read on anandtech and they were testing it for OCing with the amd 3800+
Ram: 2G of Crucial Ballistix 800 6400
Video Card: Saphire Radeon X1950PRO - ok, so I haven't "officially" chosen this card. I am wanting a video card that will allow me to play games like CS:S, and Call of Duty 4 modern warfare. However, I dont want a DX 10 card, because I know they will be cheap in like 6 months.

oh yea, and my budget is around 300..ish..
