I've heard Acers are a bit better than Hanns-Gs. But that doesn't make Hanns-G, bad. They're more like a value company, to make monitors more affordable.

Thats funny because I need the D-Sub but would like the DVI if I upgrade.

get a samsung syncmaster, they are great and have newer versions have DVI

Thats funny because I need the D-Sub but would like the DVI if I upgrade.

Then get that monitor b1gapl has just suggested. Use your D-SUB for now until you're WANTING to upgrade it to DVI since that monitor has both adapters for either DVI or D-SUB.
