Core 2 Duo ?

Should i upgrade to a core 2 duo This was probly gonna be my price range Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 2.0Ghz (800FSB, 2mb Cache
Will i see much improvement from my intel pentium d 935 3.2ghz dual core ?

If you already have a dual core cpu i would hold off til you can afford to switch to a p35 or x38 chipset and go quad core.
