After PC sat with no use - Nothing will show on screen. PC turns on though.

so i tired a video card that isnt onboard (not sure if its a working video card though for sure) and it did the same exact thing, did somethin new tho the oen time, a long beep, like an error code beep...maybe somethin wasnt pushed in all the way idk. anymore suggestions guys? trhanks alot

300w max power supply i believe. i can check brand if its important, any other questions?

seems i can get the pc to work for 2 seconds erverytime, i jut pull off any jumper, start the comp, turn it off....put the jumper back on and start it, it starts for 4 seconds and then goes off and the pc wont turn on after that until...i dont know. hah it just ends up goin on again

I'm guessing not enough power is getting to your VGA.

gotta buy one and put it in pci slot? anyway to rule out that its the video card b4 i buy one?
