Dx10 support

Are the new 8 series geforce cards (disregarding ATI cards) and windows Vista the only things capable of supporting Dx10? or can XP support Dx10 as well

At the moment, yes, Vista is the only OS that can support DX10. Though, there are rumors about dx10 coming to xp, but they are only rumors and are not confirmed.

ok: u can run the DX 10 card currently on Windows XP and Windows Vista, as for the DX 10 itself, it's currently Vista exclusive, but Warez groups are working on bringing it to the XP Front

IMO, even though this group will come up with a way to develop DX10 for XP, it won't run like true DX10 performance compared to Vista.
