Windows and Core Temp both say Core 2 Duo 2.66 Ghz, but CPUZ says 1999.99 Mhz.

CPU-Z is inaccurate in that case. Try re-downloading it or something.

It should. Check again at the MIT. You should see more RAM settings.

press ctrl+F1 while it is in the main menu..you can't be in the overclocking menu or anything
