Better motherboard?

Which board would you say is better?

Can anyone suggest a better AMD Athlon/Duron board for the same price range $40-$60?

I would go for the ASUS one, they have a better reputation. Note that both of these mobo's are of micro ATX format, make sure they fit in your case. (but you probably knew that )

Thanks for the input guys. I'm actually looking for a nice board to replace one I accidently shorted . One with onboard video, and 8x AGP for upgrading later.

The one apokalipse is suggesting is of regular size, not micro ATX. Make sure whatever mobo your going to buy will fit in your case.

Furthermore I am not a big fan of the nForce2 chipset, I have had some bad experiences.
