In my opinion, I think you should save for a new computer. Or just upgrade the CPU, motherboard, and RAM. For an overall better performance upgrade.

That looks like an old socket. Do you know the socket? If not, get a program called CPU-Z, and it should tell you a bit more information on your CPU.
 
well im not by my pc im on holiday
but my dad is
he running a program called sandra to get all my motherboard and cpu specs
i know what ram i got ddr pc2700
 
hmmm....

i can't tell much by ur specs except that u have an ATI Card and 512mb PC RAM
