Hello all........Please advise!

The server at work keeps popping up (running out of licenses). We asked our external IT company to quote us some more licenses, he cam back with a quote for 2* SBS Windows 03 OS 5 user cal packs @ £350 each.

My question is, will this one do the job -
dabs4work - Microsoft Windows Server 2003 - Licence - 5 user CALs - OEM - English (R18-01063)

not sure what you actually need for your org....but if all you need is some MS Windows Server 2k3 licenses...that would be all you need.

it is OEM, priced as such...maybe his quote is for installation, etc. But you could do it yourself, or have a knowledgable and trustworthy person do it as well

his quote was excluding installation AND vat. i beleive he has looked up the whole operating system again so then all we do is add the serial number to the server software.

but, shorly all we need to buy is that license for £65, im thinking that will come with a serial number also and we add it in the same way.

only difference i can see is the SBS (small business server) part from the title of the product. could that make a difference??

i just recently purchased those...but....they are the device cals, so i sent them back, its the user cals im after.

i need Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 - Licence - 5 additional User CALs. Anyone know where i can get these???
