yeah but (probably) not 25% more than a 7900gs (at max overclock), which is the cost difference between the two roughly.
its about more than clock speeds now, the last series of cards, not so much i dont think.
yea but they got more pixel pipeline sorta,they have16 and can handle as much load as 3 regular pipes so they have like 46 pipelines wich is what makes the x1000 series more performing over the 7xxx series

this is true, but u can easily overclock 7 series cards (don't say that u can overclock the x1k series too, because u can, but not that well)
take the 7900gs and its closest competitor the x1950pro, at stock speeds the pro wins, but if u overclock the GS to its max and the pro to its max (which isn't that much) the 7900gs wins...
