u got some good stuff, might wanna get a q6600 because Crysis can use quad-cores, also a p35-ds3r is better

Thanks for the support, I'm def going quad core then, I was going to wait for the november quad cores, running around 10Ghz with a 12 Cache, but I'll prob stick with this for now, and upgrade to those later on next year ;)

About the p35, I know nothing about Motherboards, so unless someone can recommend anything better I'll probably stick to that.
Thanks again :)

Agreed....why get the dual core e6850, when you can get 2 more cores, for basically the same price, with the q6600.

The P35-DS3R is the motherboard to go for, right now. It's ready for the future 45nm processors, and it's not expensive. It's also one of the best overclockers.

Well since my old pc fried, I'm probably just gonna stick to that one. Will a better hard drive really make a difference?
Its a 250 G HD, not really sure what brand.
If I were to get one now I'd go with a Seagate 7200, but I'd prefer to keep my old one.
