What is overclocking?

idle temperature for cpu is about 40-42 C
and load 42-52 sometimes reaches 60...( probably once in a 3-4 months)

and motherboard temp -- used to around 32 -36
but noww it's like 37-39 no matter cpu's on load or not...

Well you increase the FSB in small increments of 10-20MHz or so, and see if the setting is stable (i.e. if it runs windows properly). I would suggest that you dont go any highr if the temp touches 70degrees. Also, if you make a mistake in the BIOS, and do not know how to fix it, you will have to open the case and take the CMOS battery out and bac in again, to reset bios settings.

I try that, and I'll be able to take out CMOS battery and replace it again..
