XP is not starting up in normal mode Help me Guyz....

guyz the screen which shows the error is fulll of numbers....and more over no human can read what is in it because it disappears in one-zillionth of a second...got that??:(
 
I did as ERICB said. and now the blue screen shows the below messages

might be problem with video hardware vendors

try disabling bios memory options such as caching and shadowing (how to do that???)

wat should be done???
