If you can find cheaper AMD motherboard then it will be cheaper than what I suggested. There is no reason to pay $149 for a motherboard

about the memory, i've always used kingston before but never tested or even thought about changing. is G.Skill perhaps a better type?

please let me know if this combo is good? and also if there is a better combo?

G. Skill is overall a better company than Kingston. It's always recommended around here.

You might need to upgrade the PSU, to be on the safe side of things. I would suggest:
