Yes they are. I've bought my e6400 rig from there, and everything went just smoothly. It's pretty good for things that normally charge a lot of shipping on, such as cases, because ZZF has free shipping on everything.

Oh ok cool, then since they're both basically the same boards (evga and foxconn's) how should i decide which one to get? by price? or does foxconn produce better boards than evga

They're both equally good. Just get which ever is cheaper.

no dude, like they are EXACTLY the same board. they look exactly alike. they act exactly alike. they are the same. the only difference from what i know is the startup screen...lol one will say "evga" and the other one will say "foxconn".
