Computer/Monitor Issue

I went on a week long vacation, so I turned my desktop off for the duration of my trip. I came home last night and fired up the machine, and to my surprise my monitor first gave me a "No Signal" message, and then an "Input Not Supported" message. I have tried hooking up other monitors with no success, as well as making sure all my cords are connected properly.

Does anyone have any suggestions, I am completely unable to view anything that's going on with my computer so troubleshooting for me has been limited.

Ok, figured out the issue, I just found out my roommate messed around on my machine while I was gone, there's a new vid card and it wasn't plugged in correctly.
