suggestions on monitor

well my computer is finally in and built and now i need a monitor the video card on my computer is the 320mb 8800 gts if any other specs matter in the picking of a monitor just ask. Well i dnt have alot of money to spend so cna i just get a few suggestions nothing really expensive. Whatever will work good.

thanks alot b1 think i have to go with the low priced. i have a really nice samsung monitor / plasma t.v that has never been used was my little brothers but i dnt have the box or any of the cords for it i got a power cord and the pc to monitor cord but it just wont turn on the on button will flash red a couple times every few minutes but it wont turn off so if i cant fix that i will have go get new one. Do you know what the problem could be with my current one?
