game startup "unable to initialize sound card"

i've installed Gangsters 2, and when i click to start the game it gives me an error messeger ssaying "unable to initialize sound card"

i have a msi k7n2 delta motherboard with onboard sound, so because the game didnt seem to like this, i put in my old Muse XL sound card... still no difference


does anyone know how i can solve this?

You should download the latest patch for the game and the latest driver for the onboard sound. I Think this might help.
