And I was digging inside my computer, I'm curius as to what a 20+4 would look like, Just a normal 20 pin with a 4 pin dangling off somewhere?

Hm, that Motherboard only has one IDE/PATA slot, I won't be able to plug both my HD and my DVDROM in?

I do have an old sata, but its only 60gigs.. Or am I missing something?

One IDE/PATA slot can support two devices. So if you have one HDD and one DVD drive, you're good.
