Cannot connect to the internet with other problems

The internet is working by powering off the modem and restarting.

Know why only half of my hard drive is showing up?

I think it's being seen as 127GB because you need to install Service Pack 2. Now that you have your internet working, go get SP2, and it should show up properly.

I can't get the USB's to work because I can't download service pack 1 or 2, something about the product key. Now the DVD drive is not working correctly.

The DVD drive does not read dvd's or autoplay anymore, it didn't come with any software, will ask newegg about that.

Is there another way to download service pack 2 and or the usb drivers?

It also says there is no audio device.

I fixed a couple programs for now, I can use the dvd player until the software arrives, I can't download service pack 1 or 2, is there another way to install the usb drivers without it and have my entire hard drive show?

Any idea on why the audio will not work? Missing drivers that will not load without service pack 2?
