I would say in the bios if not the driver. You may need to download some advance config tools if app.

Usually that is an 'in game' option, try a FAQ for the application you are using. If not then make sure you have the latest version of video drivers. As I am not familiar to that card it may or may not come with a control application. But that is where I would look next.
