I am currently configuring a system to be used for a kiosk. I am trying to make it so that the icon, NOT a system icon, cannot be renamed. I can restrict the renaming of the icon by disabling right clicking, disabling F2, and i have changed the ntuser.dat to .man so it shouldnt save, but users can still clik on the icon then wait a second, click on it again and rename it that way. Anyone know, because i have googled the **** out of it and can't find a solution?
