Now I'm also having start-up problems. It's powering on and (most of the time) not doing anything. All the fans start up, the hard drive spins ... but nothing happens - no BIOS initialization. Still a PSU problem ?

you might have fried something. does it start up and stay like that? or does it restart itself and do it again?
