Need Help RQ

Okay So I am at 400mhz and the voltage is at 1.382 and windows starts restarting. Is this due to undervoltage? I just now kicked up the voltage to 1.3875 and am going to run orthos. I noticed the ram timings were at 5,5,5,15. Do i need to change these? I believe the specs on the ram are 4,4,4,12 timings. temps at full load are still real good. core temps are only 51c.

Yes..you should have your RAM at 4-4-4-12. It's probably restarting because it just needs a little more juice. 1.4v is nothing for a C2D.

If it's stable around 1.3875v, than kick it up another 10MHz or so, and stress that.
