well i say get the 24" if you want to watch ful 1080p content on your comp eg. BD. also isnt it funny the huge diffirence etween the 22" and 24" size. I would personally go with the 30" but i have the old revision of the 3007wfp:(. Im still waiting for samsung to unveil its 30" XHD,10000:1 contrast,5ms response ime monitor before i buy a new one.

I say go for the 22" im pretty sure you will have a hard time playing at 1900x1200

I would save the money and gofor the 22" if its in as good shape as you say. Sceptre's are known for dead/frozen pixels, but make good stuff when/if you get a good unit. The 22" will run 1680x1050 which more or less is 1080p HD, (i guess technically its 1050p) but you won't notice a 30 pixel difference. For $300 saved (and only a 2" difference), I'd definately gofor the 22" DELL, they surprisingly make nice monitors.

I WOULD notice the diffirence between 1680x105 vs 1920x1080, do the math you will see the diffirence

yeah but 600 bucks versus 200....meh i dunno. i might need that money for:
a) the fastest k10 chip availible to the general public (lol IF i dont get a free one heh)
b) an 8800gtx
c)all of the above

oh yah iforgot the price those extra 2" arent gonna be worth 400$ to you, and i dont know ur specs, so i dont know if you would even be able to watch flawless 1080p video or 1080p gaming
