TV Card vs All-in-Wonder

In my own experience I had a Hauppauge and an All in Wonder, the All in Wonder ahd the better picture. With the Leadtek I'm not too sure.

Just my preference: A 9600XT and Leadtek card
You wont notice that much of a difference, TV is TV

actually i find myself debating two cards now

the leadtek which i recently mentioned

and this hauppauge:

the concern i have is that some people say the leadtek quality isnt that great on fullscreen
