Desktop tool bar?

Some how I made the tool bar go vertical. The start button is now in the top right corner of the screen, the blue border is along the right side of the screen. I can't figure out how to put it back along the bottom of the screen. Help. Thanks.

Go above the toolbar. Click and drag the center of the toolbar to the bottem of the screen.

Make sure to uncheck "Lock the Taskbar" if it isn't already, as well. Just right click on the taskbar > Uncheck "Lock the taskbar".

Your welcome, but really, why would lock the taskbar is on if he could move it to the right

No idea. Lol. Just figured I'd throw that in there just in case he checked it on accident after he moved it?
