I want to know if this is really useful or a scam like Evidence Eliminator seems to be http://www.radsoft.net/resources/software/reviews/ee/ are there any similar programs which actually SHOW you what you are deleting so that you know that it's actually useful??

use google. Now you really never know what a program is doing, all I can advise is to make sure that you use software from a respectable company like norton etc.
