Will these 2 things work together?? :(

I just ordered the p35-ds3r and patriot extremes... I'm not sure if they will compatible.

i don't see why they would not...only thing you might have to do is to set the timings

I've been hearing about all these timings with overclocking, but not sure what it represents... how exactly would I set the timings? (smaller the better from what i've seen)

set them in the BIOS.

it will tell u on the ram itself or box, specs etc.. wat the timings are and u can set these in bios. if u change the timings from there default to lower that is o/c'ing.
