Bad Ram

Well I've found that the ram I recently purchased is bad. My computer crashes all the time...especially in video. I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a good ddr2 2gb chip 667mhz? My mobo book says something about matching intel odt. Please help!

My mobo is an asus p5b.
