Alright as you see my motherboard is an ECS (untrustworthy brand). Well some questions I have is what settings should I disable in my CMOS? b1gapl told me to disable C1E and EIST. Can somebody download the motherboard's manual and tell me what other settings I should disable? And also, I can't seem to change my Vcore Voltage. It's grayed out and I can't find a way to enable it. One more thing, I don't really know how to read the RightMark CPU Utility Clock, can someone run me through to see if my CPU is stable or not?

Along with the C1E and EIST, being disabled...you should also disable anything you're not using. For example, the serial or parallel ports. Or any unused, SATA and IDE ports. This can prevent specific conflicts, from happening. For the VCore voltage, go to the Frequency/Voltage control. The default setting on CPU voltage is normal. You could probably set this to manual, and set the voltage you want, manually. IM me on aim....
